Perfect hotel, it has GREAT service, favourable location to the event I was attending at DU. Facilities are clean, and there's shuttle to airport. Overall, there is high-speed internet access throughout the property.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden in Harrisburg for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel staff, especially the manager Jon Gays, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. The hotel itself was clean, with a great bar and restaurant. The bartenders and chefs were fantastic, and I highly recommend trying their wings or steak sandwich. The indoor pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. I had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning.

We were going to Heshey Park for a concert. This hotel was great and a great value, but a good 20 minute drive from the venue.

I really appreciated the amazing service here and the attention to detail! My room was recently redone and super tidy, plus it had a mix of cozy down pillows and hypoallergenic pillows. 🛏️

The foyer and breakfast area are very pretty and clean.

The beds had a comfort knob but it didn't work. Just get regular beds and upgrade to nicer thread count sheets.

The staff at checkin charged my Discover card a $50/night incidentals charge in case we "skipped out" without paying for meals, etc.... I think that was awful and we should have been advised of this beforehand. Thank you, Karen FAlkowski

The room I booked was newly updated with nice modern touches. The whirlpool, fridge, and dryers were available in the room. The breakfast was good with a hot selection and lots of food served. I greatly enjoyed the food offered during breakfast.

The staff and manager, Jon Gays, were over-the-top wonderful, providing exceptional service. They could not possibly have been more helpful or friendly. He graciously went out of his way to assist many of our guests on the patio with dinner for our young lacrosse players, assist with finding local facilities, and responded to every request with kindness! SUPER SERVICE!

The Sleep Number bed was saggy initially, but the broken unit was VERY promptly replaced, again with wonderful service! Room size could've been slightly bigger, but was on par with all other hotels in the area.

There were spots on my bathroom floor and toilet seat. It appeared the room was cleaned then briefly used.

Friendly staff, newly renovated room - so nice! Loved the delicious food and the amazing location! 😊 Also, super close to the airport - just 0.5 miles away!

Cleaniliness

There was a group of sports families - parents drank on outside pooldeck - while unruly teenage boys overtook indoor pool - very dangerous situation as this teenage group was not supervised and they were very aggressive in pool - to the point where you could not swim in this pool.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, it was comfortable and relaxing with good wi-fi. The location of the property was marvelous and convenient. The shuttle to the airport was a big plus. There was a nice restaurant, shopping centers, and a supermarket next door.
